Early rumors are that May referrals may only get through January 12th. If that is the case, that means only 3 LID days will be matched this go round...
If true, such a small batch suggests we are unlikely to get our referral in June as it is extremely unlikely that China will match a whopping 11 days in June. If they can get back up to an "average" matching rate of ~6-7 days per month then we still have a shot at a July referral.
Of course, who knows what effect the Beijing Olympics (August) will have on the process.
A wee bit depressing that we're so close yet seemingly so far away...
